Quark Please include and place all hi-res support files - and both the screen and printer fonts  
InDesign Please turn all fonts to "outline" Please send "native" InDesign file
PhotoShop Hi-res images must be saved in CMYK or grayscale format Files can be saved as EPS, JPG, TIFF or Photoshop (psd) native format
Illustrator Please convert type to paths or include both the screen and printer fonts Include all image files embedded in files.

PDF "Print Optimized" PDF with images and fonts embedded PDF files must be saved as "Print Optimized". All images in the pdf file need to be at least 100 dpi and fonts need to be embedded.
 
Large format display graphics can be laminated and mounted for a beautiful, high quality, polished, professional display.
TIPS:
 
Please include a hard copy print out.
CMYK is preferred - Pantone colors are 90% accurate on our printers.
Please convert all RGB bitmap images to CMYK. RGB files will have a color shift when converted to CMYK by our system
Do not use "hairline" rules - use .25 pt. instead.
Tint areas 5% minimum - 95% maximum.
If bleeds are necessary - please define the bleeds.
Use PostScript Type 1 fonts - avoid all True Type fonts.
HiRes images must be saved in CMYK, bitmap or grayscale format.
Include all fonts for Illustrator and Freehand or convert all type to outlines.
All PostScript screen and printer fonts must be included on the disk.
All bitmap images should be Photoshop CMYK EPS or TIFF files at no less than 100 dpi and no more than 200 dpi (150 dpi preferred) at actual printed size.
Files can be saved as EPS, JPG, TIF InDesign or Photoshop (psd) native format.
File setup charges may apply to files that do not conform to these specifications or are not properly prepared.
